• OCT and NOV. Round 3: 20 teams from round 2.
  
• Tuesday 11 DEC and wednesday 12 DEC. Round 4: 10 teams plus Ajax, PSV, Feijenoord, SC Heerenveen, Roda JC and Vitesse.
  
• Wednesday 30 JAN. and thursday 07 FEB. Quarter Finals.
• Friday 29 MAR. and wednesday 10 APR. Semi Finals.
• Sunday 12 MAY Finals.
